The Evans Law Firm is owned and managed by the senior member, Mr. Marshall Dale Evans. Mr. Evans started his legal after feeling the frustration most business operators feel when trying to operate a small business in America. He entered law school to learn how to protect his own business interests from governmental interference.  What he discovered was many others experienced the same frustration from large influential corporations and governmental bodies. Almost immediately after completing his legal education he began to represent individuals that were victims of large- scale wrongs.  He has been practicing law for over 29 years. He has successfully prosecuted several class action lawsuits obtaining millions of dollars of recovery for the public. He has been either the lead counsel or co-counsel for claims resulting in judgments for the class in excess of 18 million dollars. Mr. Evans received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas in 1978. He is licensed in State and Federal Courts in the area.

Stephanie Dzur
Ms. Dzur received her Juris Doctor from College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, J. D., 1992; Ms. Dzur also received a LL.M., from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas:  LL.M., 1997; University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas: She has a B. A., in English with honors, 1987.  She is Licensed in Arkansas and Texas and the Federal District Court for the Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas. Ms. Dzur's primary responsibility includes drafting the proper pleadings and class claims to pave the legal claim for court presentation for the firm. However, her participation is limited to preparation of pleadings and assistance in the writing of appeal briefs. Her work has been the foundation for developing new and original changes and developments in the law by the firm.
 
Charles N. Williams
Mr. Williams is a former circuit/chancery judge for Washington County, Arkansas for 8 years. Prior to being elected circuit judge, Mr. Williams served as the municipal judge for Fayetteville, Arkansas for 14 years. Now he participates on select class action lawsuits for the EVANS LAW FIRM. He holds the title "of counsel" with the firm. Mr. Williams brings fresh insight to the conduct of the firm's representation of large groups of individuals due to his experience as a judge.
